RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Material Girl does not cover return courier costs under any circumstance ,this is the responsibility of the customer.
Material Girl will not be held responsible for collecting parcels at the Postnet, post office/courier. We only accept door delivery to the address:

You will need to return your items within 7 days ( For Clients in South Africa) but must have made your return request within 3 days of receiving your order.

 Exchange can take up to 7 working days (For Clients in South Africa) and 14 working days (For clients outside South Africa)

To approve your return, the item must be returned to us within 7 working days (For clients in South Africa) and 14 working days (For clients outside of South Africa). If the above mentioned dates has passed unfortunately the exchange can no longer take place.

If tags are removed even by mistake we are unable to exchange the item.

Material Girl is able to reject a return if the garment looks worn, has stains, smells of perfume or has been worn in pictures.

Regretably NO returns on sale items.

Our returns policy apply to all orders placed via our Website , Social media pages and WhatsApp.

It is the customers duty to read or ask about the exchange policy before the purchase. Once a purchase is made the customer agrees to exchange and returns policy.

Material Girl online will not tolerate any bullying, profanity and threats to our business or staff members due to customers who are unaware of the exchange policy. 

Bodysuit, Bodyglove and swim wear cannot be exchanged.

Shoes must not be worn and no marks  on the sole of the shoes.

Material Girl store credit will be emailed to you, which you can use to repurchase other pieces in the future in case you cannot find an item to exchange with.
