📦 Order Processing

 

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
  • Orders placed after 2PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 

 

 

🚚 Delivery Options & Timeframes

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

Nationwide Courier Delivery

  • Delivery takes 1–4 working days depending on your location.
  • Main cities typically receive orders within 1–2 days.
  • Outlying or rural areas may take up to 4 days.

🚙 Local Door-to-Door Delivery

 

  • Available in select areas (Gauteng & surrounds).
  • Delivery time: 1–2 working days from dispatch.

 

 

 

💸 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and courier option.
  • Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time (e.g. for orders over R1000 or special voucher codes).
  • Campus delivery is always free with an eligible code.

📦 Pre-Order Shipping

  • Pre-order items are shipped once the stock arrives (estimated delivery windows are listed on product pages).
  • Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.

🧾 Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update on the courier’s system.

Delivery Delays

  • Delivery may be delayed during peak seasons, sales, public holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.
  • We will always communicate and assist where possible if there are known courier disruptions.

 

 

 

📍 Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

 

  • Please make sure your delivery address is correct.
  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for paying a re-delivery fee.
  • If your parcel is not collected within the courier’s holding period, it may be returned to us we will not be liable for additional delays or fees.

 

 

 

🛑 Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Parcels

 

  • Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, Material Girl is not liable for loss, theft, or damage during transit.
  • If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly.
  • If you receive a damaged parcel, notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
